  4. Timechek has been updated to allow automatic posting of a message to a
  5. user when that user has been downgraded by Timechek.

  9. I suggest you insure nothing is going on (echomail tossing, etc.) when
  10. TimeChek is run if you enable the message posting feature of Timechek.
  11. I will not accept any responsibility for a trashed message base.  You
  12. have been warned.

  14. Timechek no longer accepts the name of the control file on the command
  15. line.  Instead, "Timechek /s" will put you into configuration mode and
  16. it is here you will define the path\name of the control file.

  18. In addition you will be asked if you wish to enable message posting.  If
  19. you answer "N", Timechek will store the control file name and end.  If
  20. you answer "Y" you will be asked additional questions pertaining to
  21. message posting.  These are relatively simple questions and I won't go
  22. into explaining what things like "Make the message private?" mean.

  24. Timechek will post any size file and type for that matter. If you ask
  25. it to, Timechek will even post an .exe file as a message though it
  26. wouldn't make much sense if you tried to read it.

  28. No formatting of any type is performed. The file is put into the message
  29. base 'as-is'.  You should insure that the line length is less than 80
  30. characters.

  32. No verification of the file is made.  If you tell Timechek to post a
  33. file, you should make sure that the file is where you say it is.
